If you are a mental health provider referring a client, you need only to fill out the “Referral Form” and fax it to our office at (803) 403-9979. All therapy clients or their parent/guardians will need to complete the “Client Packet” prior to their first visit. If necessary, this can be completed at the initial visit, along with our Notice of Receipt of Privacy Practices. If you are coming to Pathways for Equine Assisted Psychotherapy or Equine Interactive Learning, you will also need to fill out the “Equine Liability Form.”

Pathways Growth and Learning Center works with many large insurance companies, who often recognize the excellence of our services by making us an in-network provider. Our office staff can help you investigate your insurance benefits and understand how insurance may help cover the cost of behavioral health treatment.

If your insurance provider is not listed, some plans may allow you to see one of our therapists as an “out-of-network”. You can also inquire about self-pay rates. Our office staff will be happy to discuss the options that are available to you.
